H&R was started in 2000 by Ken Halcomb and Shannon Richter, Ken and Shannon bring over 25 yrs combined experience in the construction industry and have trained and served as adjusters working major castastrophes learning both sides of the industry. Doing this enables H&R to better serve our customers and work with all major insurance companies making sure to give both sides the same customer service and expertise that we are known for.
We currently have two location to better serve central Indiana, Mooresville which is our main office and Bloomington which is our south office. Having both locations allows us to better respond to emergency claims
