What to expect during the Siding installation |

Please remove any pictures or anything that may fall from your wall before the installation begins

Your siding job we normally take approximately 1 week to complete depending on the size of job.
- It may be necessary to gain access to your attic to reattach dry vents etc.
- Please have all gates open so we can gain access to all elevations of your home.
- Please keep pets indoors or you make want to have your pets stay with a friend or kennel during the process( some animals are sensitive to loud noises and sometimes they react in destructive manners or it really disturbs them)
- The installation process is loud and requires that the workers work long hours sometimes to complete the process.
- Normally hours are Monday thru Saturday from Daylight to Dark
- Sometimes nail pops occur in the drywall from the installation process, this happens sometimes from the installation and hammering process. If this occurs please contact your rep or the office and it will be addressed and corrected.
- A nail magnet will be used after the siding is installed to remove nails from the yard, H&R makes ever attempt to get all nails but sometimes a few get missed from the magnet due to high grass or landscaping features.
- H&R will protect landscaping as needed with the use of tarps or plywood to prevent any damage.
- It may be necessary for you to move vehicles from the driveway to gain access for materials of debris removal if so a Rep from H&R will inform you of this.
- Your material will be delivered and set to the right or left of your drive and should not block your access. (if access is blocked please call you Rep or the Office so that we can get it corrected ASAP)
